This Selkirk Metalbestos, platinum series chimney system part meets all UL requirements and has been tested up to 2100 degrees. It is listed by UL Laboratories as UL-103, but in sizes up to 8" in diameter, the pipe is also listed as "Type HT Chimney", having passed additional exhaustive and stringent laboratory tests called for in the optional "high temperature" portion of UL-103. Designed Especially for "Airtight" Stoves METALBESTOS - Type HT Chimney is ideal for venting residential heating appliances buring wood, #2 oil, natural and LP gas.  It has been specifically designed for today\'s modern, high efficiency "airtight" wood stoves. It is also suitable for wood burning heaters and for combination fuel central heating furnaces.
