This Selkirk Metalbestos, platinum series chimney system part meets all UL requirements and has been tested up to 2100 degrees. It is listed by UL Laboratories as UL-103, but in sizes up to 8" in diameter, the pipe is also listed as "Type HT Chimney", having passed additional exhaustive and stringent laboratory tests called for in the optional "high temperature" portion of UL-103.
